The Claiborne County Sheriff Department
is supervised by the Sheriff who is responsible for all aspects of daily operations of the Department. The Sheriff
is elected by citizens of Claiborne County to serve in the capacity for a term of four years. The Sheriff can succeed himself
for as many terms as he can be re-elected.
